I want you to be delighted with your jewelry. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you have 30 days to return or exchange your item for store credit or refund. Please return the item in its original packaging.

Unless the item is defective, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
